Kerl & Cie is a PR and media agency specializing in financial and business communications. We communicate with financial service providers and specialist journalists at eye level. We have an interdisciplinary understanding of communication and combine strategic and operational consulting. As a logical consequence, we are increasingly expanding our range of services to include modules such as media planning, content marketing, SEA and social media.

Profile

You have successfully completed a business or humanities degree and have internships/work experience in PR and/or journalism. Ideally, you already know how agencies work, you are open to financial and economic topics and you don’t think the DAX is just a funny animal. Excellent German language skills and a confident approach to Adobe and the Office package (in particular Excel and Outlook) are part of your profile, along with reliability, loyalty and commitment.

Field of activity

As a volunteer (m/f/d) you will learn the craft of a high-quality PR and media consultant in the economic and financial environment. The traineeship lasts one and a half years. During this time you will support the consultants, get to know all clients and gain an insight into all the disciplines offered by Kerl & Cie.

What we offer

Kerl & Cie trains its own consultants for the future. We see the traineeship as preparation for a subsequent job in our agency. Certified external further training is just as much a matter of course as remuneration above the DJV recommendations. Due to the diverse disciplines, the training is varied, challenging and insightful. In addition, there is a pleasant and harmonious working environment in a creative agency environment in the heart of Frankfurt.
